The staff helped me find a phone charger, which I appreciated. The spa and wellness center offered good options for relaxation. Wi-Fi was free and kept me connected.
I found the decor dated in some areas. The dining options could have had more variety.

More like a hassle than a getaway
Staff seemed nice, but this was my worst hotel stay ever. The rooms were dated, and no room service? Seriously? You gotta ask for cleaning a day ahead, which we did, and they still missed our room. Plus, the TVs didn't work. At least the bar area was chill, but the lack of service was a letdown.

The amenities offered here are fantastic! The staff was very attentive, and our two queen bed room was spacious, allowing us to unwind after our adventures. The nearby spa is a great bonus!
In my wife’s opinion, the outside could use a little sprucing up. More attention to the entrance area would be appreciated, as it seemed cluttered during our stay.

enjoyable city strolls and park views await nearby
During my stay, I truly appreciated how quick it was to reach the beautiful Champlain Park, ideally suited for some morning walks, and the hotel’s proximity to the Canadian War Museum made for an exciting visit to a landmark filled with history.

missingWrote a review on 03 Julconvenient locationhandy amenitiesuncomfortable temperature
The amenities include a computer area and a mini market for snacks that are handy. The location allows for easy access to downtown yet still offers ample free parking, making it a convenient spot for travelers with a vehicle.
The description of the pool area is misleading. accessing it comes with an extra fee, and it feels more like a jacuzzi setup than a swimming pool. I found the room uncomfortably cold with no temperature controls, forcing me to open foggy windows. Renovations brought annoying noise during the day, adding to an atmosphere that wasn’t as relaxing as expected.

I appreciated the blend of classic charm and modern updates in the decor, making the hotel feel both welcoming and stylish. The spacious layout of common areas was easy to navigate, accommodating senior guests like myself comfortably.
More dining options would enhance the experience.

A Cozy Room with Great Amenities
Our stay was delightful! The suite was spacious with a relaxing view of the spa. The service was speedy and accommodating, especially with the rollaway bed for the kids.
However, the sound insulation left much to be desired. We could hear every door slam and muffled conversations from nearby rooms, which disrupted our sleep.

This place suits me perfectly, providing free wi-fi, a great spa, and 24-hour reception. I still remember when the staff helped me find my lost necklace. I highly recommend this hotel for its welcoming atmosphere. I'm coming back for Easter!

Great stay with fantastic service
I had a really pleasant experience during my stay. The staff were extremely helpful, going out of their way to assist with my parking and check-in despite my early arrival. The room was clean and well-appointed, and I particularly enjoyed the comfort of the bed and the layout of the suite. However, it would have been better if there was a coffee or tea service available in the lobby without extra charges.
